It was a fun-filled night at our first netball league night for Years 8-11.
Year 8s won against South Molton, with a significant lead and narrowly lost 3-2 to Braunton.
Year 9 won against South Molton and Ilfracombe with a loss to Braunton, and are our spotlight team photo this week.
Year 10 won against Ilfracombe, South Molton and Chulmleigh but lost against Braunton, although they did start the game with only 6 players!
Year 11 were struck down by a shortage of players but did well drawing against Chulmleigh, but losing their other matches. A special mention goes out to Niamh and Daisy who played their socks off and secured their BTEC practical videos at the same time - double the pressure, so well done!
It really was an incredible effort from all. As a reminder, we have training for years 7 and 8 on Thursdays after school and Year 9,10 and 11 on Tuesdays. It would be great to see you there - please just come along!
