Today marked the first Hospitality and Catering practical lesson for our Year 10 students – and what a fantastic start!
The challenge - Chicken Fajitas!
Our students really impressed us by showcasing their knife skills, preparation skills, cooking techniques, plus creativity and presentation skills.
It was brilliant to see everyone putting their skills into practice, with students bringing their own individual flair to the presentation of their dishes. Their teacher was particularly impressed with the variety of styles and the high standard of work!
A huge well done to these students for making such a fantastic impression in their first practical lesson of this academic year, the photos featured are those of the 'Golden Buzzer' winners.
