We are delighted to have received letters from our partner school in Feuchtwangen, Germany, as part of our ongoing school link writing project.
Our Year 8 pupils have exchanged letters with students of a similar age, sharing information about their hobbies, school life, favourite foods, and the towns they live in. It has been wonderful to see pupils making connections and learning about life in another country through authentic communication.
This project provides an excellent opportunity for pupils to use their German language skills for a real purpose, helping them develop confidence in reading and writing, while building international friendships. We look forward to continuing our correspondence with the school next year.
