We have been delighted to welcome a group of guest students from France and Germany to our school as part of our commitment to promoting international understanding and global citizenship.
Students in Years 8–10 have had the opportunity to work alongside their UK peers and have been supported throughout their visit by their dedicated British ‘buddies’. This enriching cultural exchange has enabled our visitors to experience life in a British school, participate in lessons, and build new friendships, whilst sharing their own languages and cultures.
Earlier this year, one of our own students, Evie, enjoyed a reciprocal visit to Paris, where she spent a week attending a French lycée gaining first-hand experience of school life in France alongside her French friend, Charlotte, who was at our school last year and has now returned. We have also welcomed back Zacharie for the third time and his brother, Timothée for the second time.
This has been a rewarding and memorable experience for all students involved.
