Mobile phones - never used, seen or heard

- You may carry a mobile phone only on the strict condition that it is never used, seen or heard, unless otherwise directed by a member of staff.
- If you have a mobile phone with you, it must always be switched off and kept out of sight in your school bag between 8:40 am and 3:10 pm, including break and lunchtimes.
- are not allowed to carry your phone in your coat, blazer or trouser pockets or your skirt waistband.
- If your phone is used, seen or heard without permission from a member of staff, the phone will be confiscated and a further consequence may also be given.
- Confiscated phones can be collected from the year office at end of the school day.
- If you repeatedly fail to comply with any of these expectations, we will ask your parents or carers to collect your phone and you may be banned from bringing a phone onto the school site.
