Judging by the fabulous photos and tall tales, the Year 8 trip to the Opal Coast was a resounding success. During the trip, 121 students enjoyed a whole host of memorable experiences, including visiting a French market, making bread in a boulangerie, visiting the World War II Blockhaus Bunker and taking part in rando railing (cycling pedal powered rail carts on a disused railway line) across the French countryside. Evenings activities included bowling and a disco. The highlight of the trip was the day at Disneyland Paris where fun was had by all. Well done to everyone who tried to use their knowledge of French. C'était formidable!
