Mr Richarson was very impressed by some outstanding team and individual performances at the North Devon cross-country competition earlier this term. Ruby and Effie were 1st and 2nd in the Minor Girls race respectively, Will 2nd in the Minor Boys, Harriet 2nd in the Junior Girls, Jack 3rd in the Junior Boys and Isla 2nd in the Year 10/11 girls. A special mention to the Year 7 girls who won their age group with 1st, 2nd, 4th and 9th places. We've never had five athletes finish in the top sixteen before! Athletes will be notified in the next few weeks if they've been selected for the North Devon Schools' XC Team. Well done to everyone who took part.
