Defending their winners' title last season, our Year 9 footballers were back with a bang this week with a resounding 12-1 win against South Molton. After a slow first half finishing in a 1-1 draw, the Pilton players transformed into a dominant force, tearing through the opposition defence with pace and precision. Goals from Jake, Levi, Ima, Archie and Elliot secured a convincing victory by the final whistle, with the team’s second-half display proving a masterclass in teamwork, energy and clinical finishing - proof that the reigning champions are back and hungry for more! Player of the match was 'Five-Goals Jake'. Pilton look ready to defend their title and keep their winning streak alive. Bring on the rest of the season!
