The whole of Year 7 celebrated European Day of Languages yesterday by taking part in our 'speed chatting' event. Students and teachers taught a snap shot of fourteen different languages, from Slovakian to Spanish and German to Japanese. Students went from table to table learning some basic words and phrases and getting their passports stamped.
'It was so much fun and now I am really excited to learn lots of languages at Pilton'- Year 7 student.
