From Monday, 1st December until we break up, there will be a member of staff (or two) in disguise, dancing to a Christmas song from around the world.
Fill in the form with the country and the name of the member/s of staff to be entered into a daily prize draw to win a box of chocolates for a group to share. The winners will be drawn at breaktime by a spinner. Chocolates will be delivered later in the day.
